I had a post similer to this. It had a ton of people that were not close to the same size giving advice, with a few tall guys in between. I am 6'3" with a 34" inseam, 200lbs to 190lbs and a size 14 foot. Everyboat I sat it was tight. I bougt a 2010 Super Star last year. It fits me very well. I also found taking the happy seat out did not help me fit better. It was the opposite. When I placed a 200 happy seat it was more comfortable, and provided more room some how. This spring I tried a Jackson Rock Star, and a Project X. I hated the Project X Large it felt like a house boat. The Jackson Rock Star was the best boat I have tried, it has a more blunt bow, and that creates more foot room. I would get a large rock star.

6'8" 210, size 14, 36" inseam. Jackson 2007 jackson superstar, now in a mon-star. Super comfortable, just ran 18 miles with only 1 break, all I had was numb hands. Cant fit in liquid logic, definitely not a wavesport. Check fluid too.

You are probably going to be able to fit in all the large playboats on the market, but that is not the issue. It is finding a playboat that is large enough to fit in, but not so many gallons that you can't control it. With your height and weight you should really look at the Project X 56. Unlike the Medium Rockstar, the seat is lower giving more room in the knees for guys with long legs. I am 6'3" with a 34" inseam and find that I can't squeeze into the Medium Rockstar (with the seat neutral) but I can easily get in the Project X 56. You could also look at going with the Large Rockstar, even though you are on the bottom end of the weight range, because the seat is raised up giving you more torque and boat control than if you were sitting lower.

I'm 6'1" with freakishly long legs, 34" inseam and weigh 175. Not quite a beanpole but I have trouble getting in to the medium playboats. I had the seat almost all the way back in the ProjectX 56 and the M Rockstar and really felt cramped in both boats. Ended up in a L Rockstar and I love it. The higher seat position takes some getting used to. With your height you can probably make up for the weight to volume ratio with the extra leverage you would have in a L rockstar. I think the comfort is worth it.

Wave Sport Project 62 - Good for beginners?

That sounds promising for a 6'3" / 200 lbs / 34" inseam like me. Is this boat appropriate for a starter? I've taken a few lessons and would be playboating, mostly, on this stretch of whitewater:
