Previously I had 22" tubes w/ drop rails and a mesh floor and there was flex. Now NRS sells those lower cat rail spreader bars to fix it... except that's one more thing to buy
Like MountainMedic, I use small sections of solid floor with my current frame that have corrected the flex problem with the yoke/bottom rail. So it sounds like the same problem exists with the universal drop rails. I tried those spreader bars that NRS sells, and found them to be a major PITA. So far the solid floor has solved the problem quite well.
Thanks for the info. Just trying to figure out if switching from the yokes to the uni drops is worth the effort & money. I would need the drop rails & two extra cross bars to make the switch, but I'm sure I could sell the yokes to recoup some money.
