NRS aint got nothin on HPMG!

NRS should fire all their product development engineers working on their frame stuff (if they have any) and hire HPMG! These double rail frame fittings look like the bomb! I want some. And the adjustable footbar brace, Yo! Nice work.

Narrow dryboxes for captain's area?

That is a freakin' sweet frame setup!

One question from looking at your side rail decking, where do the oar towers go?

Right now I have a set of NRS 8" Oar Towers, but I am not completely happy with them, so I have put off the final deck trimming. I am in the middle of making a set of towers that will address some problems I have with the NRS models, and some general problems that I have read others having with oar towers.

The decks would only have to be trimmed if I were to use the NRS type towers, a speedrail type oar tower (Clavey/DRE) would clear the decking on the outside of the rail and would require no trimming.

I will post some more pics and a good description of the frame setup in the next few days, and the oar tower setup will follow when I have the time to wrap that project up.

If you don't trim the deck around the dre type base, you cannot access the allen screws on the tower. I learned this when the fist time I rowed Marsh Creek.

having quick access to those allen bolts is a nice feature in your decking. I cut a half circle out to allow access.
