I'd go with a small sheepherder stove for those, (I pick-up camp).
Time to digress.
On a fire in Alaska we found a couple cached smaller stoves with pipe inside on a winter trail. The fire had overwintered in a peat bog so we were going to be there for an extended stay. Several other jumpers thought I was nuts setting one of them up and using it.
Finding wood wasn't an issue but a stove is so much nicer than a campfire.
Flue pipe creates wind.
Damper controls heat and time.
Flat top makes for great cooking, especially next to flue.
Flue keeps smoke out of someones face.
You can get warmer being next to a stove.
After one day the second stove got set up and used and the campfire thing was over. Technology marches on.
