Need paddle -get tendonitis

I've been paddling wooden paddles for ever 20 years and I like them except I seem to end every season with "paddlers elbow" I am currently working on a regime to improve my strength but i'm curious if there is a paddle that may help.
Thanks.

I will leave the forearm regime comment to BSOE, I am sure he can do it more justice.

I havehad shoulder trouble for 15 years, I think bent shaft is a must but the AT flex shaft works best for me . I love the weight and feel of the WERNER but he stif carbon and glass tears me up.

I need a little further paddle advice, sorry to hijack. Goin to paddlefest this weekend to get a new paddle. I'm thinkin about the powerhouse. Does anybody have suggestions, comments, recommendations? I already have a player, it's a little small for my creek boat though. How is the AT2 or the AT4 for creekin in a larger boat? I can't do a woody, as I dont make 6 figures quite yet.

Hijack away. We all may learn something. The AT4 is quite a bit cheaper than the flexi, does the more expensive paddle offer me something the less expensive doesn't?

Care to elaborate?

What do you creekers and big water runners think about paddles? Powerhouse, sherpa, at2, at4, etc...
