Liquid Logic Remix Review

Got a chance to hop in the Liquid Logic Remix 69 and had a great time! This is a particularly good option if your shopping for a first boat. Check it out:

Also see Dagger RPM. Scarry simular to Remax. The design truely is timeless.

Switching from the Remix 59 to 69? Cool, what do you weigh if you don't mind me asking? 69 felt right for me at 155 lbs

i'm short and stocky - 5'8" and 175. i went with the 59 originally as it felt like i was swimming in the 69.

i actually loved paddling the 59, but - sparing you a long story - i ended up with both. i still use it from time to time on low water stuff. it bums me out to be selling it, but i'm hoping to get a Stomper, and its ridiculous to own both.

speaking of, i'm looking forward to your review of the stomper!

Nice- good to know. Were you able to stern squirt the 59 by any chance? Someone claimed the Remix squirts well on Boater Talk, but I just find it hard to believe. I've only paddled the 69 though.

Good to know on the Stomper- I'll make it a priority! Maybe Lake Creek is running so I can try it on something other than low water class 3...

They have similarities but they are far from the same boat. If you think I'm wrong then try to overnight out of the the rpm.

Thanks for posting those shots- some pretty noticeable differences actually. I've had people tell me the Project X looks just like the Rock Star, etc, etc, but it doesn't take much for boats to perform very differently. Even if the two looked very similar in the photos, subtle differences in the hull could make them paddle quite differently.
