Liquid Logic Huck

I'm a newbie. I don't know if this is the right boat for me. I'm 5'4" and only weigh 100 lbs, I am female. I want to go on class III rivers by the end of the summer.

Fine boat for you, don't pay more than $200.

Huck isn't a bad boat, could be a bit big for you though...

maybe a little hero from jackson, or even a side kick.

Also if you are a 12 year old girl, you could grow into a bigger boat, if you are a 40 year old girl, then its better to choose a boat that will fit you now.

You could make it work, but one thing for certain is that the answer to your poll is that there is definitely a better boat for you. There's a reason that thing is nicknamed "Stuck."

I don't remember the huck being a big boat. Hum? Maybe, I do know that I didn't fit in it. 5' 10" 165lbs. Is there a better boat? Sure, most kayaks are very capable class 3 boats. I don't believe there is a big used market for the Huck so if you buy it you may get stuck with it for a long time. I'd consider more of a fun, fuse, or CR type boat. Get some front surfing in... everyone likes front surfing. Good luck.
