Kokatat dry tops

I'm looking to purchase a dry top this year and I like the price of the Kokatat Action top but I'm afraid that it will not really be a "dry" top. Anyone have any experience with this top or the Kokatat Wave drytop.

I had a Kokatot top but it was a splash jacket and not a drytop. It was well made but not suited to white water kayaking. Check to see if it is a splash jacket and whether or not it has a neck gasket and unless you are only paddling lakes move up to a more suited model.
