I have a cracked 2008 Jackson Hero that I would love to donate to Team River Runner. It's posted here: Jackson Hero (1.5 inch crack on hull) - Mountain Buzz Gear Swap
The boat is located in Colorado Springs in my storage unit though, and I do not have a vehicle capable of transporting it. (Jeep got totaled by a deer back in October, and now I'm in a sports car.) I live in Golden, but am off Thursdays-Saturdays, so, If we could arrange a meet up in C-Springs, I'd let you take it.
I've seen how being on the river has healed me (physiologically, psychologically, physically; the river has healed my mind, body, and soul.) since I started in 2008, and I would love to be able to help out another veteran in any way I can.
I would also love to work with/for Team River Runner if you have any available positions. I am a Certified Kayak Instructor (Taught with Renaissance Adventure Guides), and have also been a Raft Guide for a few seasons with The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) Outdoor Adventure Program.
I am also a Combat Veteran that served 4 years (2001-2005) with an Airborne Infantry Unit with the 82nd Airborne Division. (A CO 2/504th PIR)
