Jackson Super Hero vs Villain

Just curious on the differences between the two? I've searched online for info and found a decent amount on the Hero's but very very little on the Villain. The hulls look similar with the Villain being longer of course and more of a rounder front end. I did read one review that said Villains make great river runners?? Hopeing to demo a Super Hero this week, and possibly a Villain the next (time permitting).

i have both, and my first choice is the villain.

I keep my super hero around for big water trips and as a surf and save boat. it lets me play, but i have the volume to help others if they swim.

I use my villain for harder runs and when the shit is serious. ie, narrows bailey etc.

I just like the speed and loose ness of the hull, sure i paddle harder to stay on line, but i like that about a creek boat.

the super hero is much easyer to keep on line, but it is also a slow boat compared to the villain. in my opinion.

The main difference is the Hero is an edgy planing hull, while the villain is a rounded displacement boat. Personally I love the edgier feeling of the Hero and the Zen over the mushier but more forgiving displacement hulls.
