I love my Super Hero and think it is ideal for many of the small tight creeks in Colorado. But I am really looking forward to getting a Karma and going fast and crushing rapids.
1) The Karma has greater secondary stability for sure, it felt about the same for the primary. The Karma is also way faster (hugely).
2) Karma has lots of rocker and is easy to spin but I think the Super Hero beats it here. Not that the karma is bad it's just not as fast as a Super Hero in spinning and changing directions quickly. It took a little more umph to throw around but this is comparing it to a very short Super Hero, shorter than most any creekers. I was surprised in how fast I could turn it for being such a long boat. Like I said before it paddles like a much smaller boat than it is.
3) I carried it back up a few rapids to run them twice and it didn't feel unusually heavy or light.
I should have shot some comparison pictures with my Super Hero. If I can get my hands on it again I'll do that and post those as well. It is like a stretched Super Hero with DNA from the Zen.
Hope that helps!
