Immersion Research Tops

I'm in the market for a semi dry top and the Immersion Research (IR) ones with neoprene necks seem perfect. I'm a cat-boater so no rolling or swimming if I can help it and I hate latex gaskets. I can put up with them on my wrists or ankles but I'll avoid them whenever possible on my neck. I'm rocking a splash top most of the time but during high water I'd like something better. Has anyone swam with one of the neoprene neck tops or have any other general feedback on them.

The I.R. Comp jacket gives you the latex wrists and neoprene neck combo. I have used this top for kayaking and it is really dry and comfortable for not having a latex closure. The fabric is waterproof breathable and really durable. The next step down is the Session top which gives you neoprene on the wrists and neck and doesn't have the same breathability of the Comp.
