IK seat position

I recently purchased a Lynx 2 and am wondering where to put the seats for the best trim. I'm not sure what I should be looking for in the trim of the boat. Thanks

IK seat

As always it depends

Paddling a 2 man IK solo is never going to be delightfully easy.

In big water I like to sit forward because I feel like I have better punching ability and it goes straighter for me.

In technical water I sit a bit more back for optimal steering and the 'spin to win' effect. But in all honesty I nver IK above class III so it isn't that critical.
