OS Systems will make a neoprene suit (arms and neck), and it is DRY. I have one, and while I push rubber too, just did a guide school in it with some swim practice, and I stayed dry. Plus, boating on the Lochsa you get wet, and I stay dry. I am very pleased with it. I expect to need to replace the gaskets more often than latex, maybe every other season, as they will likely wrinkle enough to need to be refreshed. Being diligent about wearing them, not having wrinkles, will likely extend their dry life.
They sized the gaskets to my measurements, which likely makes the difference.
