I know--demo, demo, demo--but has anybody of similar proportions been in both?
Burn M has me more centered in the weight range, so that's a similar type boat that's maybe a better fit. Have those changed at all in the last couple years?
I've got a 2008 Hero and love it. I'm 5'6'' and about 175-180 (Been workin a lot of cardio to lose the booze gut weight! HAHA) I don't feel too low to the water, and I don't feel like I'm too heavy for the boat while all geard up and wet. Wish I could give you more advice, but this is only the start of my second season. There's got to be more experienced boaters out there to chime in on this issue...
Last year, CKS's 2008 product catalog had the max weight range for the Hero at 120-210 Lbs. In their new 2009 Catalog it has the weight range at 115-190 Lbs. I'm not sure what brought about the change...????
I haven't done much creekin yet, but plan to get into a little this season.
