You must have been around a while too , Contact cement was what everyone used to use. I was thinking of Weldwood but for some reason I typed Weldbond. I'm sure H2glue and 3M Super Spray Adhesive work great, but I've never had any problems with contact cement not holding.

Contact adhesive. I use my older hypalon glue works even for holding the foam on drybox tops
