feedback on NRS Otter 120 SB?

Gonna be my first purchase. Any thoughts? I have pretty much decided on this raft, but would love some feedback on its capabilities and limitations. Will be used primarily on the east coast rivers, (Big Pigeon, Ocoee, French Broad, Cheeoah, Nolichucky, Watauga, Gauley, New) with 2-5 paddlers. I guided for 2 yrs with an NRS E-140, but don't have a lot of experience with a smaller raft. Would love some input.

Thanx

Can't say enough about our Otter. Had it for a long time on a lot of rivers and when we replace it next year we will get another.

I have one of the narrower 14' Otters - and while it's awesome on the Middle Fork and a super sporty ride on the Grand Canyon, I find it a bit too large for rivers here in the SE or even for paddle rafting on the Gauley. I think you'll really enjoy the 12' Otter on eastern rivers. It might be my next raft as well.

Thoroughly impressed with the raft. It's perfect. Not to big, not to small. Only have 12 miles of III / IV on her, but the Nolichucky is getting higher with this rain so I have a good feeling it is gonna be a great weekend.

They really are a great raft. Let me know if you change your mind, I'll buy it from you in a heartbeat. ; )
