Fantastic Service from Jackson

I rarely hear people outright saying what a great customer service experience ppl have with companies on here, so I figure I'll put one up that I think deserves mentioning.

My Jackson Sweet Cheeks bag broke. Within 6 hours of sending them an email about it, they've already asked for a mailing address to send me a new one, having not discussed this, argued, belittled, blamed, or been negative at all. I called them after receiving the email and they said it would be wonderful for me to send them the broken one, which I will. I am impressed.
