So I've ordered the adjustable table legs, but I'm actually thinking of a variation on this idea and I'm looking for suggestions.
Specifically, I would like to install a seat with back support (my trips will be calm water floating and long days, and want the comfort). I'm planning to have the t-nuts for the legs on the same side of the table as the seat, so that when the legs are installed, the seat is attached to the under-surface of the table.
My question is, does anyone have any good ideas for how to attach the seat to the table to produce as small "obsruction" on the table surface on the other side? My current idea, which isn't bad but maybe could be better, is just to bolt right through the table into the seat leaving 4 bolt heads on the table surface to work around.
