dagger rx 6.9

Hi Folks,
Is there anyone out there that has spent some time in the Dagger Rx6.9 that can give me some impressions. I'm looking for a river runner/play combination. My stats are 6'3'' 175 lb size 12 feet. Thanks for the help. I really appreciate it!

We've got a 6.9 demo in the shop that I've (6'2, 180, 12feet) that I've taken out a couple of times and its a good boat. Its pretty comfy and plays well. Throws ends nicely, though the volume in the tail makes it a little sluggish in the transitions. I've done screaming quarter mile in it a couple of times and was pleasantly surprised at its river running abilities. If I didn't already have a river-play boat, I'd probably pick one up. We're selling off the demo we have this weekend if you're looking for a deal.

Hi Alpine,
If you don't mind my asking what river runner/play boat are you paddling? Your sizes are about the same as mine and I've had a tough time finding something to fit. Thanks a lot!

I think I spoke with you on the phone, but in case I didn't answer your question fully, I paddle a Dagger Super Ego as my river play boat. I also fit well in Kingpin 6.3, Agent 6.4, Project 62, EZG 60 and the Cross River 250 if you're looking for other options for play and river-play boats to try out.
