Lots of great advice!
I put three coats of the eco safety products flexible, anti-skid paint on the deck boards. Easy to apply, seems tough and the rubber aggregate is definitely anti-slip. I'll report on durability later...
MT4Runner - I epoxied the drybox, mount for the seat, table and some other things. They look great and will be bomber. I searched the web a bit, and bought some thick film epoxy (for bar tops etc.) and thinned it with laqueur thinner. Took a few days to cure, but they came out great.
I had to commit to a table design - below is a shot of the leg assembly. 1" tubes with 1" angle iron braces. I drilled the tabletop support to run a 3/4" EMT conduit through the 1" leg assembly top so the leg assembly is easily removable. I'll post some more pictures later.
TriBri1 and watermonkey - I got longer side rails from Riverboat Works and cut my old rails down to make a bay behind the rower for 2 of the rocket boxes - thanks for the suggestion.
I won't be able to post any pictures since the rig is partially packed - we're off to the San Juan Thursday evening for a Saturday launch. Photos from the river upon our return.
Thanks for everybody's advice!
