NRS had a bunch on sale recently, but really you just need to hit the sales if you are looking for a new jacket.

I have had very good service with Outdoorplay, but I wouldn't call them cheapest.

I once got a very good price from REI's outlet store.

10% off Stohlquist and Astral PFD's at CKS currently. Free shipping if it's over $100:
Life Jackets & PFD's

Also, if you get an accessory package (4 essentials-PFD-Helmet-Skirt-Paddle) you get 20% off retail.

not sure about a local store in vegas but...
I warn you that shit don't fit. There is a reason for local shops and I can also say that most if not all are willing to match any online deal save closeouts and non stock items. Please don't be afraid to ask a shopkeeper about it either...they need to know.

Again I realize you are in vegas and there may not be a paddlesports store around but for the rest of you reading please heed the fact that paying an extra 5% or less is a long term investment in assuring our sport survives and flourishes.

and no I do not own a shop but I dare you Scuba Divers to get your tanks filled online since online business has shut down over 80% of the industries local shops none are around anymore...
I've never boated before, but I have posted a lot on Mountain Buzz!

I help out with an online retailer in Boulder, Colorado and they have some pretty good deals.

Here's their PFD page,
Life Jackets and PFDs from Stohlquist, Kokatat, Immersion Research

Buy local whenever you can...we all have a civil duty to keep our sport alive and to actually talk to live people, venture in to stores to try things, talk to people about the gear, is here to help us not to replace us...

Don't forget
Killer customer service, good deals and they ship lightning fast. After you have ordered a few times you get priority status and if it's over $50 its free.
