Well, July isn't typically a great time for flows, however it's all rain dependent so you never know. That certainly doesn't mean you shouldn't try. There's always places like the Buffalo River, where you can scrape in a few spots but otherwise have a very nice float. Great small-mouth fishing too!
yeah, it doesn't seem like the rainy season has hit yet over here. Typically we get soaked this time, but i guess it'll start later like it did last year.
Went out today and paddled on the lake. It was white-capping and I had so many waves break over the bow I had to stop and empty my boat numerous times. I'm really happy thus far, but it definitely aint gonna set any speed records. I'm really thinkin it's time to get on a river and try it out there.
