I have a reciept for my order, which supposed to arrive yesterday or today. Late yesterday when my account still hadn't been charged and I hadn't gotten a shipping notice I called and asked about it. At first, the gentleman repeatedly said there was nothing he could do. I told him they were supposed to be here today, no one from Grainger bothered to contact me regarding the issue and asked what Grainger could do to make make it right. The manager called me today, they found two and are shipping me two of the four I ordered. Better than none, but it took some persistance.
