I use the duct tape idea to keep the pieces together and created a loop with it and biner that in. That said, I had to use it this season and the ends were so full of gunk that it didnt want to stay together so I was thinking of same way to keep it inside something. Or hell, I could just take it out and clean it with fresh water from time to time I guess.
