best ladies' PFD?

Looking for some advice on which PFD to get my GF. Her old jacket doesn't fit her well, it pinches. Specifically her chest. She's a 36-38 C-D. Of course we'll try on before we buy, but looking for some brands to get us started. Thanx

IMHO

I'm the same size as your girlfriend and I use the Astral WonderJacket 200. Absolutely the most comfortable jacket that I have used. I get full range of motion with my arms, without rubbing up against the jacket. Excellent design. It has zip pockets and fleece hand warmer pouches.

I like the zip front model. It makes it easier to put on over paddling jackets and you can unzip for cooling off. Cascade Outfitters has it on sale. I bought mine through them and got it within the week.

Third vote for the Astral Women's pfd and I'm the same size as your gf. I purchased the WonderPro (rescue vest) in May and love it.

Confluence Kayaks has a couple of the Wonder 200 vests marked down 30% right now.
Good deal if she likes the fit.

I have found that several women also like the fit of the "mens 200".

She should also try the Lotus Lolita.

STC - those things look like a bitch to put on without a zipper. What's the secret to getting them on unassisted?
