Man you sound like a shill for Sweet. They make a good product, but you CANT say it's better or the customer service is better than Kokatat goretex products.
Both use 3 layer Gore-Tex Pro and some sort of nylon on the outside for a shell to protect the gore-tex fabric. One is NOT better or using higher end materials than the other.
In all honesty, they perform identically and are both just as good as the other.
Difference is, with Kokatat, you get tried and true customer service. If it develops a leak, it'll get fixed FAST, and at little expense to you. Not saying the Sweet products won't receive excellent customer service because I have no idea. I just know how Kokatat operates. Search ANY board. It's all "Kokatat customer service rocks!"
And NO WAY is a dry top/bottom better than a dry suit. The dry suit is the way to go. End of argument on that one. Take care of your zippers and get them replaced as needed. Take care of your gear, and it'll take care of you.
