I got one as well, no d-rings on the bottom, but in the middle. Older design, but still current. If you have a self-bailer, you don't need to suspend it. Don't worry about the lack of d-rings. I load sleeping bags and soft dry bags first as sort of a cushion, then stoves, cots, groover, etc as mid layer withe the rest of irregular sized bags, then cinch it down. Love the design.
