Baltik Boats Info?

Hey all, new on here and have a question I'm hoping a long timer can help me with... Has anyone used or heard of Baltik Boats? They are listed on ebay new for about $1300. I'm a newbie and want to get into the sport without a huge investment right out of the gates. Any thoughts on picking one of these up to use for a couple/few years? Thanks for any feedback.
