ATTN: Moment and Trident Owners
We have been notified of buckles which could release in unintended circumstances with a small number of Moment helmets and 1 with a Trident. It is quite a small number but we want to be very proactive on any issue. We have a high level of commitment to quality and take all issues seriously. So we are requesting a mandatory inspection of 100% of Moments and Tridents. The WRSI Current model plastic shell helmets are not included and do not need to be inspected.
1 – Inspect your buckle and pull on it with substantial force to make sure it does not release.
2 - Email us your shipping address at firstname.lastname@example.org
and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the helmet to us for inspection and return or replacement at our cost.
3 – Bring it to your local shop for inspection and return or replacement.
