AT = Great Paddles
I have an AT2 that I use for play and river running, and have the AT4 play that I use for creeking. I love my AT2 for everything, but think the AT4 makes a great creeking paddle because you can beat the crap out of it--while the foam core blades of the AT2 are badass, they aren't as durable as the AT4 (I'm sure a lot of you guys out there would agree with that). Plus, if you lose your AT4 on a hard creek, you are out $160 instead of out $450. The nice thing is, you can have the same ergonomics and similar (although not identical) feel between the two paddles. Whatever the case, I dig my AT paddles more than any other ones out there, and for a bent shaft, you just can't beat the price of the AT4 compared to say a comparable Werner...My 2 cents.
