Astral Brewer Question...

I am looking to pick up a pair of Brewers for an upcoming trip and I was wondering if anyone has had success fitting them in a playboat. I am around 6' 2" with a size 11 shoe. I paddle a medium Rockstar and I don't use the foot bag or any type of bulkhead. Thanks!

Not me. I have a size 11 and they don't work for my Superstar. But that's mostly because the heel/sole is pretty solid. I like to be able to bend my feet. Also, resting on that solid heel really hurts after about 5 minutes.

I tried getting in my project x 64 with size 10.5 brewers on, it is a no go for me. Maybe if I took out the small foam block I had up front but it would still torque your ankles and likely be pretty unpleasant. They are light and drain well, so you could just clip them in somewhere to put on when you need to walk around on shore.

Highly doubt it, but maybe worth a try.

I am 6'1" and paddle the medium Rock Star with size 11 feet. No foam or happy feet, and I'm using every last bit of room to get my lanky butt in there.

Hi I paddle the L Rockstar and can fit my size 9 brewer in there, but only just and the heels touch. I'd guess you are SOL.

I wear a pair of size ten Brewers in my M Rockstar. I put in a foam bulkhead instead of the Happy Feet.

I also wore these Brewers on a Grand Canyon trip in a Remix 79. They are great for boating, hiking, and hanging out in camp.
