Anything wrong with this paddle?

Adventure Technology AT4 Play Carbon Bent-Shaft Kayak Paddle - 2009 Closeout at

I was considering getting an At4 play, this is lighter and cheaper (20% additional off right now). Is there any reason not to get it? How much of a pain is a two piece?

2 piece would be great, you can get rid of that silly 30 degree offset!!

Seems like a worthy deal otherwise. Just drill one hole & you've got a decent paddle!

Discover Denver, stay there!

2 or even 3 piece paddles are great for your spare paddle when you are required to carry a spare or just want a spare (paddleing the mank). But they suck to paddle as a daily. They have no 'feel' to them because of the joint. Go demo one and take it to your local park. Try a breakdown and a one piece paddle in the park and you will see what I mean.

Thanks. I thought that may be the case. I was thinking about buying and returning it if it sucked, but I won't bother.
