Strainer in Lower Eagle

FYI-

Huge tree near town of Eagle, between the hwy6 bridge and the round-a-bout bridge. Very obvious, easy to manuever around. 2/3rd of river blocked, clear on right and looked clear on the left too (as of 5/21).
