St. Joe strainer

Just recently did a rafting trip down the St. Joe River in North Idaho. I called the Avery Ranger Station before putting in and learned of a potential river wide strainer below Conrad Crossing. This river is classified as wild and scenic so the forest service has no plans the the log. Be careful out there!
