clear creek hazard

I spotted a throw bag with the rope stuck in the middle of the rapid after Phoenix rapid on Clear Creek on June 23rd. This could be very hazardous in a swim, look out!

We removed the throw bag yesterday. The rapid name is Deliverance (aka that rapid below Phoenix).
