(Boulder Creek)Almost not worth reporting but.......

The Boulder Creek circus has begun in earnest. At the first drop (below the dam) in the play park, some dingle berry has gotten a fishing line entangled in a wire the runs across the creek. This wire is about 8 to 10 feet above the creek and the fishing line was hanging strait down into the water right on the tung of the drop @3:00pm yesterday. I tried a hot shot move and grabbed the line as I went through the drop and almost lacerated my thumb before I could let go. Then found the eddy on the left occupied by a family setting in lawn furniture. Low and behold there was another fishing line about 2 drops down but on far river left out of harms way.

Several groups of knuckle draggers drunk with glass bottles stumbling the banks. so inevitably there will be glass now.

I need a trip off the front range.
