RiverReach Youth Initiative now has openings for part-time River Raft Guide on the South Platte River in the Denver area this summer (June and July). Most of our trips serve youth between 6 and 14 years of age, but some senior, special needs and adult trips may be scheduled. We are seeking mature and responsible adults (18 or older by June 10, 2005) who, in addition to guiding rafts, will be responsible role models and leaders, desire to teach a little about the Platte River and its environment, and most of all, ensure a fun and safe trip for all our participants.
Although you will be paid for each guided trip, this position is for those who are seeking a fun and meaningful opportunity to work with youth, play on the water and support this unique program for youth.
