Raft frame and oar locks. to finish a classic hypolan NRS restore

I am trying to put a classic NRS 15 ft Hypolan sport back to life . I did well on the lake. But.... My home made frame is not safe. Just used it to test on Lemon res. Durango. Not a rich man so. Cheap as possible. lol. Would love to be one the rafts on The Animas for Animas river days and parade Sat. June 4th. Maybe even one to borrow. New to Buzz so I hope this OK to ask. Thanks .
