yarmony rapid at low water

im in my second year of rafting and flipped for my first time earlier this year at high water in yarmony rapid.

i really want to go at it again now that the water is down... what can i expect?

It's barely a rapid right now. Just work left to right. It's really easy to read and run. I ran it for the first time a week ago and didn't even realize I had been through it until someone told me later.

Agreed, I did it last week and it was as easy as avoiding any other rock in the river.

It's cake at low water. I took a friend who had never rowed down there earlier this year at this level, and he made it through with no problem. he had more trouble at Eye of the Needle (less time on the hours at that point I guess)! LOL

You'll be fine. It's a big rock now as I recall, so it's really obvious where you can't go...
