I won't go down there again unless the gauge is over 1200 and I think it going to stay or go up but I have done it twice and am getting spoiled. The gauge for the most part is pretty good, if it is over 1000 and the weather is going to be in the 60's I would say go for it, but when you go to AZ you might have to boat something low.
All this talk of kayaking is making me want to go real bad, but only 3 weeks until a week in cali.
