Upper Animas Memorial day weekend

We are looking for paddlers to join us for a one day on the Upper A on Sat or Sun Memorial day weekend. We are going to R2 a Super Puma.

Sitting here in durango without folks to paddle that puppy today (friday). I would be happy to hit it tomorrow. I have not done it before. Last difficult water was the lower meadow in WV last month. I plan on taking my creekboat for the safety factor.

FYI, the bicycle race this weekend will close off the road to silverton at some point.
