spring break

Spring break is March 3 - 13th, and all my kayak buddies are working or in school. I'd like to kayak as much as possible during my break. I am hoping to road trip to Oregon to find some water that is not frozen. I need advice on what's flowing this time of year out there, and also need people to paddle with in OR as well as on the way between Logan, UT and Portland. Anything not frozen is great, solid (according to me) on class IV venturing into class V, and I have a new playboat as well. Would be willing to go elsewhere if I had someone to split gas with and a good plan to find whitewater. Anyone interested let me know
