silverton area 6/26-30

Coming to the silverton area this week and was wanting to run 1st gorge Lime creek, S mineral, and possibly Upper Animas and Vallecito. Can any local there tell me if there will be enough water for those runs and worth the drive from glenwood? I haven't run any of these yet. Also where can I camp around silverton? Any info greatly appreciated. Thanks, Michael

You should have enough water for everything and yes it's worth the drive. Also check out the Uncompaghre on your way up below Ouray... roadside Class V.

Plenty of places to camp. Several campgrounds/sites around S. Mini. There's also campgrounds at the takeouts for Lime Creek and Vallecito
