Short notice Marsh / Middle leaving 17 May

I have 3 cat boaters lined up to do Marsh / Middle on the 17th, taking out at Corn Creek on the 20th. Our kayak probes are no longer able to make the trip. We are looking to add 2-3 kayaks to the trip now. Not ultralight, but pretty light gear, we are planning on portaging dagger if it looks woody as well as anything else we need to in Marsh.
We're in 3, 12.5 foot sotar legends and have all run MFS before, but not Marsh. I have heard 2 first hand reports of rafts getting down with little trouble, so were going for it.

Plan is to leave Boise around 1000 and drive up in 1 truck with a trailer to save on shuttle costs. You can meet up at Marsh or leave Boise with us. We will split fuel, shuttle and food costs.

Good luck. I have friends launching tomorrow. The river will get over 6k cfs tomorrow for the first time this year. That means that wood will be moving around. It will be bigger on

Not to tell you what to do but if I was launching Marsh on Saturday at the highest levels the river had seen all year and getting close to 7 feet I would want to be at put in as early as possible - like launching at 10 am - not leaving Boise. In small cats you will likely be fine, but Marsh has the capacity to go from Bitchin to epic in the not good way in seconds.

It is only fourteen miles to Dagger which can be done in a few hours easily. I just like some time cushion so I don't feel pressured to push through something that I feel like should be taken a look at.

With all due respect.
