Flow looks ok per website.
I wouldn't suggest lower Blue at 375. You can probably get down it, but I doubt there will be any waves or features other then rock dodging and scraping bottom.
If you guys are looking for beginner class III water look between Salida and Parkdale on the Ark.
Salida to Rincon is class II with one long easy III.
Rincon to Valley Bridge is II with one solid III and two easy III- rapids
Valley Bridge to Trading Post is class II with two solid III's and a couple III- moves.
Trading Post to Texas Creek is all class II with no named rapids (but a couple of the II's can be fun)
Texas Creek to Pinnacle Rock has three solid III's and several easy II's.
Pinnacle Rock to Parkdale is an easy III run with about 8 named III's and a handful of good II's.
Not sure if this is a 4 hour drive from Boulder, but it is all still running at a level that is great for kayakers to practice their class III skills and gain the confidence to move up.
