Salt River - Apache "camping" fees?

Can anyone tell me what the Apache "per person, per night" camping/river use permit fees are up to this year? We have a 4/14 launch. Thanks. Jon in Jackson Hole

It's $20 if you buy it in Globe or Show Low. It may be $15 at the putin. And no one in Globe knows anything about the Salt river. They aren't even sure where it is. Very strange...

Thanks. I heard the store at the bottom of the canyon by the put-in is closed, maybe for good, and that you can pay at a kiosk right at the put-in now. Sounds like that is the best and cheapest way to do it Life was so much easier on the ol' Salt before those jackasses blew up Quartzite Falls. I got 8 thru-trips before that, and ever since it has been more of a pain in the butt to get on and a lot more crowded in there.......
