It blows my mind seeing $20,000-$30,000 vehicles parked at stealth put ins and take outs such as tunnel drive and old parkdale to avoid paying the parks pass. Yesterday we witnessed boaters put in at old parkdale, float to parkdale and use the restrooms, and then go down the river. Use the restrooms and services but the screw paying for the pass. Last weekend 2 boaters who used old parkdale were the ones rescued by the rangers, but god forbid paying the whopping amount of a parks pass.

Lemme guess, the rescu-ees were members of PPWC (posers, punks, wannabes and chumps)

I have no idea if they were PPWC members, nor do I think it matters. Personally I think PPWC does good things for boaters, and I am no way affiliated with them. But, this is some funny shit....
