How about if we meet at the Indian Meadows bridge around 1030? Its up highway 14, around mile marker 93. We'll need to scout the bridge clearance anyhow.

Give me a call at 303-981-8630 if you're running late. With kayakers and inflating a raft I predict we won't be on a hard and fast schedule.

Ryan what kind of vehicle are you in. I will be in a maroon F150. I will be there at 10:30 for sure. Would this run be suitable for a new kayaker that just learned how to roll?

i'll be in the maroon ford ranger.

This run will be a good challenge for a newbie. tight eddy turns are crucial since the top half is more technical. I'd leave the option available to have the kayaker jump in the raft if they feel uncomfortable.

i've seen swimmers get discouraged on the rustic mostly b/c the water is so darn cold.

Ben,

Let me know when you guys are going to run. I will bring my raft with paddlers or oar rig and would love to run with you guys.

Where is the take-out for Upper Rustic? How about we meet there and go ahead and set shuttle. We could scout the bridge on the way up to the put-in.

Not sure where the take out is but I think we could meet at the narrows campground or the 4x4 trailhead across the road.

the take out for upper rustic is the bridge near mile marker 93.

i'm good with the narrows campground for a meeting place. I'll be camping up there Friday night anyway.

What if we said 10:30am at Narrows Campground and planned on pulling out of the no later than 11am?
