It was awesome yesterday, but I only drive an hour. I think it went up 'spiked' @ 450- 500ish for the day. sleeping beauty was very surfable and kind of munchy oddly enough. i have lots of splat rocks and places to roll,to make it plenty amusing. but its still mostly bony. I paddle it all the way down to 200 cfs....cause there aint shit else local.
in other news...Chamas up to 600cfs...and still class II.
I seriously hope it goes up at least to 600 soon but ?quien saves? I wouldnt drive down here for less then that. then you can at least get on the LTB or UTB.and have the RC as a second day run.
although.... I just drove up for waterton at 340 cfs and gunny gorge at 1250. when you're jonesin' get it where you can.
Heres a pic of my buddy Quinn in the Toilet Bowl yesterday. nothing terribly exciting, but a day on the Rio is better then a day in town!
